Family Counselling

Wild Flowers

Providing a space where each person feels heard, supported, and understood is the most important part of family therapy. I believe that within such space, families are able to generate solutions to their unique challenges and with support, clear communication and deep listening families, wounded relationships will heal.

In family therapy, I incorporate coaching (communication and conflict management skills) as well as education about a range of topics, depending on the circumstances of each family. For example, parenting skills, trauma awareness and attachment principles are all concepts that I incorporate in family therapy.
