We are pleased to share that we also provide a Low Cost Counselling program, which allows us to provide our community with affordable counselling support.

We understand that given current financial circumstances, families often cannot afford the full fees for counselling, despite having a need for this essential support. Because of this, our goal is provide weekly or biweekly counselling sessions that remain affordable for families. Our rates start at $75 per hour, though we are more than happy to work with you to determine a fee that is manageable for your budget.

Staffed by Master’s Level Student Therapists as well as Certified Canadian Counsellors, our therapists are available to provide counselling sessions within a reasonable time frame (no longer than a two week waiting period!). These therapists are available to provide individual counselling for adolescents (aged 12- 17 years) and adults, as well as couples counselling
