Welcome! I approach mental health from a holistic perspective, as it is intimately connected with our physical health, relationships with others, and our relationship with one’s self. I believe every individual has many strengths available to access on their journey of growth and healing, but sometimes we have yet to take that first step, or conversely, we are unsure what route to take to get where we want to be. It can be helpful to have a non-judgmental, compassionate person support you in discovering your strengths, resilience, and path forward. My approach is also centred on values-based action; we will work collaboratively to identify what matters to you and to determine what will help you achieve your goals.
